Purchasing Raw beauty Products

Details of the products available for purchase (including their price) are set out on Raw beauty Online Shop. Raw beauty takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on Raw beauty online shop are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto Raw beauty online shop. Although every effort is made to keep Raw beauty Online Shop as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Ordering Products:

- Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
- Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button we obtain an authorisation from your Credit card company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorisation. This is a normal process with the banks. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
- Raw beauty will E-mail you to confirm your product order has been received.
- Raw beauty will E-mail you again to confirm that the products you have ordered are being shipped to you.
- A contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and Raw beauty only upon those products being shipped to you.

Raw beauty may refuse or be unable to process your order if:

- The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available
- Your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price

Returns

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged, we will be very happy to issue a refund or replacement. Please notify us within a period of 7 days from the day you received your delivery of products.

Telephone us on 0208 519 3485 we will then provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

Please provide full details of your order number, the product(s) that are being returned & a brief description of why the products are being returned. Any notice given by you after this period shall not entitle you to return your product(s) or receive a refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returned product(s) that have been opened or used.
All returns must be in their original packaging and original condition.

Your statuary rights are not affected.
Once you have your RAN number you then have 14 days of which to return your products.

For your security, please return your products with a reliable courier and retain your order information. Unfortunately, we can not accept liability for products lost or damaged in transit when dispatched to you via Royal Mail - Standard Air Mail
